Quite recently a notorious American politician passed away. From all we can tell, he was an enemy of God and a disgrace even to his false religion. This post is dedicated to his memory, which I hope will soon pass.
Psalm 37:20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.
Psalm 68:2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

ReplyDeleteTeddy Kennedy was a vile, wicked, manifestly evil man in life, who relentlessly advocated for vile, wicked, and manifestly evil public policy.
The man never manifested an inkling of saving grace, and he died a professing Papist.
One can only surmise that apart from a miraculous and gracious thief-on-the-cross / road to Damascus deathbed conversion Teddy Kennedy is even now lifting up his eyes from torments in hell.
