David King - Justification and The Auburn Avenue Controversy

I've been stuck for months on those verses and the comprehensiveness and totality they convey on the elect.
Dr. White was right. There was so much in Dr. King's presentation it was hard at times keeping up with the historical volumn of knowledge he was pouring forth I doubt many would be able to comprehend a lot because of that sheer volumn he drawing from!
That he undercut the federal vision and proponents was grand! That he made clear the baptism is secondary to election was grand. He certainly made a good case for the thief on the cross hanging there dying next to Jesus! How one can go away and say baptism is for believers after confession was mooted well. That baptism brings salvation was refuted well, and finally his passionate ending was just that, passionate and to the point.

Dr. White sure has loss some weight from then to these days now, wow! I'll bet he has a hard time looking at those pounds? :)
It must be an heavy burden for these Federal Vision and Auburn Av folks to have to correct virtually 400 years of Protestant thought and straighten out those of us mired in it; something akin to taking up the "White Man's Burden." The lack of humility is astounding.
