In response to your question, if you read Latin, I think I may be able to find you a link to his full Institutes.
The recent translation may not be copyright-able, but it hasn't been publicly disseminated yet.

I found a scanned pdf version in Latin yesterday, http://people.virginia.edu/~jma8c/turretin/ but I was hoping for English :(
