While Tony allowed himself to "take it personally" a few times (in the audio speech) and respond to hecklers less than gracefully, he by and large did a great job of sticking to the facts.
It's really pretty amazing, that we see the same pattern of response whether in a crowd/mob situation or at the one/one level.
(And by the way, I am probably the worlds best arm chair quarterback... I certainly can't say that I have had the guts to do what Tony did (and I wouldn't have said it so clearly)... so I'm not criticizing about the grace thing. If Tony reads this, I hope he will self-evaluate on his second speech, as he reported to do regarding his first one... in the effort to always improve.).
