Apparently this is also old news, but it is reported that chaplains who pray in the Pennsylvania state House of Representatives are forbidden from using the name of Jesus Christ (link). There is such a thing as a state begging for God to send judgment upon it. Let us pray that instead he shows mercy.
Updated to reflect that this is PA state, not USA, house.

It appears that the article was about the Pennsylvania State Legislature, not the US Congress.
Thanks. You're right. I've fixed it.
So much for a State in the Union with a city named "Philadelphia?
It is quite a shameful thing to not be able to utter the Name above every name, especially when you read verses like this one:
Psa 135:3 Praise the LORD, for the LORD is good; sing to his name, for it is pleasant!
Or this famous verse:
Pro 18:10 The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.
Might the Pennsylvania State House heed the next verse then:::>
Pro 18:11 A rich man's wealth is his strong city, and like a high wall in his imagination.
Pro 18:12 Before destruction a man's heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.
