I said over at YouTube that I looked at the video several times and I never saw him put it in his pocket. He looked uncomfortable, as if he didn't know what to do, but his hand is to the back of the camera, so we can't be sure what he finally did with it. Perhaps he ate it as he was walking out. At any rate, the video (at least the audio) has been tampered with, so who knows?

Let's look on the bright side, at least he didn't look into the camera and say, "Hey, check this out, no hands!" and stick it to his forehead.
In Christ,

Tur: What that guy did was a bad idea, don't copy it.
Very bad idea (note: apparently Harper is an "evangelical"):
Harper's spokesman Dimitri Soudas on Wednesday defended Harper accepting the offer and said the prime minister actually ate the wafer immediately.
Harper is in Italy for the G8 summit.
