There was a lot of stuff exchanged between the two foundations; one foundation clearly was Christ Himself!
Mr. Al Ansari has a bright mind and is able to articulate his "truth".
I suppose the listeners, depending on which foundation you are built upon, were tacitly receiving the lucid nature of each side.
I agree that the God of the Bible, the True and Living God is very rational and because of that Dr. White's repeated appeal to the rationale of Mr. Al Ansari must have come across strange by both the followers of Islam and Mr. Al Ansari?
This debate, for me, goes to show that need to simply proclaim the Gospel and let the chips land where they will!
A couple of verses come to mind when I think about Dr. White and his handling of the subject matters:
2Ti 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.
2Ti 2:24 And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, 2Ti 2:25 correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 2Ti 2:26 and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.
One more thing I would note is just how many questions were asked directly to Mr. Al Ansari. I believe there was only one question directed to both men and Dr. White's request to have a full 2 minutes was obliged by the moderator well!
