Brother Gene Bridges has commented on the Holy Water Debate over at Triablogue. (link) I'd love to comment on his comments, but I'm reserving my own off-debate-blog remarks about the debate until the audience question phase is complete. Still waiting, by the way, for the Pro-Holy-Water questions from PhatCatholic's side ...

Thanks for the heads-up. I usually don't visit Triablogue. I'm not very fond of their polemical style.
I responded here:

Pax Christi,
phatcatholic
It's not their style that's polemical, but their content. It is a blog of controversy, of debate, and of disputation.
As, to a large extent, is going to be every active apologetic blog. If there is no disputation, there is no active apologetic.
I understand that. But the dunce hat and the pic of the KKK burning a cross? It's just not necessary.
PhatCatholic,
I think Gene would probably say that it is all in good fun.
I wonder whether similar graphics at Dave Armstrong's site similarly provoke your distaste.
If so, fair enough.
